Degrees/Academic Titles

Graduates of both Bachelor's and Master's, will be awarded an official diploma/degree certificate complemented by a diploma supplement corresponding to the model developed by the European Commission, Council of Europe and UNESCO.

The diploma will state that the degree bakalář (Bc., bachelor) and inženýr (Ing., engineer) has been earned in the specific study programme.

In terms of further university studies, holders of the Bachelor's degree are entitled to apply for admission to Master's Programmes and holders of the Master's degree are entitled to apply for admission to Ph.D. Programmes.

Bachelor Degree
According to the Czech legislation (Higher Education Act), graduates of the International Bachelor Degree Programmes will be awarded the academic degree bakalář (bachelor). Holders of the Bachelor's degree are entitled to apply for admission to Master's Programmes.
The degree’s abbreviation Bc. is to be used before the name of the graduate (e.g. Bc. Jan NOVAK).

Master Degree

According to the Czech legislation (Higher Education Act), graduates of the International Master Degree Programmes will be awarded the academic degree inženýr (engineer). This is the academic title awarded to graduates of master’s programmes in specific fields including economics, technical sciences and technologies. holders of the Master's degree are entitled to apply for admission to Ph.D. Programmes.
The degree’s abbreviation Ing. is to be used before the name of the graduate (e.g. Ing. Jan NOVAK).
