Study in Prague, a joint project of Prague’s public universities that assists with internationalization
The first meeting of Study in Prague this semester took place on Wednesday September 6, 2023 at Charles University. Representatives from seven Prague’s public universities collectively set the direction of consortium’s activities for this academic year. The main goal of the consortium is to improve conditions for foreign students studying in Prague while simultaneously promoting Prague study opportunities abroad.
The meeting was attended by the Rector of Charles University, prof. Milena Králičková and the Vice-Rector of Prague University of Economics and Business, prof. Hana Machková, who were both involved in founding the project and continue to fully support it.
The Study in Prague consortium was established in 2015 and currently brings together seven major Prague universities (AMU, ČVUT, ČZU, UK, VŠCHT, VŠE and VŠUP). Study in Prague focuses on promoting foreign language programmes through joint activities such as participation in education fairs abroad, joint materials, websites and more.
